When will I get my rewards?

With the high volume of backer support, and high number of variables in each reward, we will begin shipping on March 1, 2023! PLEASE NOTE: Many items being created by numerous venders will require us to send items in multiple batches. Don’t fret if you get a package and not all of your items are inside. We will do our best to communicate the completion progress of all your rewards as we go. Some items will take long to manufacture and ship out so some rewards will be shipped into April. Please be assured we won’t forget anyone.

Will any of the rewards be available after the campaign?

A handful of the add-ons rewards are already available for Pre-Order and purchase at killhergoats.com. If there are any remaining items after production from the Exclusive Campaign items, some may be available on our main website later, but this isn’t definite. Stay tuned for updates as we go.

What if I have moved since I pledged or need to change my address?

No problem, just reach out to us at [email protected] with your backer information and we can update any of your profile/contact info for you!

What happens if any my of rewards are damaged?

Please reach out to us right away and we will do our best to work with you on getting replacements. Some items have limited production numbers and can’t be produced again but our goal is to make all of our supporters happy and satisfied with their decision to back our project! Does the VHS Tape actually play the movie?

Yes it does! The original 4K UHD version of the film was converted to 4:3 and our partners went through the painstaking process of sourcing a VHS tapes (which isn’t easy these days). If you have a VCR player, you can definitely watch the film in its entirety. We hope you do and tell us what you think!

How do I redeem the Digital Download Copy of the Film?

We will provide an update for everyone on this when we get the final green-light on the process. Rest assured the digital copy will allow you to redeem a complete HD version of the full film for your collection.

Are you shipping internationally?

Yes, we have set up our rewards to ship outside of the United States where possible. Please email [email protected] with specific questions about a region or country. We have tried to create the most accurate shipping profiles for international shipping but are not responsible for any additional costs or obstacles applied by a particular country that’s out of our control. That said we will do our best to help resolve any issues with shipping your items.

What if I made a mistake on a survey response?

Contact us ASAP and we will help you resolve and update your information. The responses to the survey’s are what dictates how we order the rewards for production (such as shirt quantities). The faster we can update it, the better chance we can accommodate the change. For any and all questions, email [email protected].

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
