REWARDS WRAP UP AND LAST CALL + LEFTOVERS

Backers, 

We have reached the end of the main fulfillment period having shipped out the rest of the Book Boxes this week. For those thinking, "I'm still waiting on something," we're here to address those questions and give you at look at what's ahead. 

Almost everything we could ship has been shipped or is currently in the mail. To all U.S. backers who were only waiting on their Digital Code, the mail carrier picked up 200 on Wednesday. You should receive those within several days depending on your location. They were mailed out in a red enveloped so you know what to look for! Note*: If you haven't received your code by April 25th, let us know at [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve. 

There are still a handful of International Backers who haven't filled out the survey regarding your digital codes. Please do so or request a new link by April 18th. If we haven't heard from you by then, we will ship out any items you were waiting on to complete your order with the items we have. 

Also, there are still around 15 backers who never filled out a survey. We have emailed you separately as well. For those who had paid but didn't fill out a survey, we can't send your items without your shipping info. Please complete your survey by April 18th or For those who have yet to pay, if we don't receive a payment by April 19th we will not be able to ship your rewards to you.

SHIPPING UPDATE: Book Boxes, Digital Downloads, and More!

Up to now, we've shipped around 70% of all rewards as we come to the close of March. Below are a few updates. If you haven't receive all of your rewards, or any of your rewards yet, read through the info below. If you have any questions, be sure to email [email protected] and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. 

For All Backers: 

All shirts have been shipped. 

All single Slipcases, Big Big Boxes, and Blu-rays have been shipped. 

Note: If you are be waiting on additional items, or for many international backers, we're trying to package all of your items to ship together. So don't worry, we didn't forget you if you're still waiting on your first items! 

Book Box Updates: 

For those waiting on the Book Box Edition-- Great news! We should be receiving these soon! As soon as we have them, we will be able to ship the remaining Tiers out in the first week or two of April. 

Digital Download Codes:

We finalized our set up with Vudu/Fandango who will be handling the Digital Downloads for Kill Her Goats. We will be sending everyone a physical insert that includes one code per backer**. Once received, you will be able to use the code to redeem an HD Digital Version of Kill Her Goats on VUDU.com and enjoy it all your devices. All U.S. based backers should get their code insert (sample image below) in the next three weeks. 

Note** - International Backers - we will be reaching out to you via email with more information about obtaining your digital download reward for the film.

ATTN ALL BACKERS: All backers that ordered a shirt with any Reward tier or as Add-on.  Tiny Fish has shipped out ALL shirts as of today and we just received all the tracking numbers. We're working on sending you all your tracking however you may receive your actual shirts prior to the tracking from us. 

Note: The tracking updates were sent via backerkit (where you filled out your survey) to your email. We will continue to send Tracking numbers and if you have any questions just let us know. These tracking numbers are for the shirts only, but we're continuing to pack items to ship to you!

REWARDS BEGUN SHIPPING OUT YESTERDAY

This is JUST the beginning and we'll be fulfilling in batches in the coming weeks. 

PLEASE NOTE: 

• Everything turned out great and looks amazing. We're thrilled
• You will receive tracking via email when all or part of your order ships**
• You will receive tracking for each part of your order when shipped separately
• HD Digital Codes from VUDU/FANDANGO*** will be physically mailed out and separately from the rest of your order
• The T-shirts will be professionally screen-printed, folded, bagged, and shipped by Tiny Fish Printing and will arrive separately from the rest of your order
• Other items MAY ship separately, however your main shipment will have a checklist of your Rewards and let you know which may be shipping separately
• This week we're mainly focused on Slipcases and Blu-ray Tiers without many Add-ons
• Everyone should receive all their Rewards early or on time
• Most rewards stated estimated shipping in March or April meaning by the end of March or April and we're on track to achieve those dates
• The only items NOT in stock just yet are the Digital Codes and the Book Boxes (arriving next week) 

The WithAnO team is working very hard and is very excited to be shipping out your Rewards! 

**Vudu/Fandango Codes are in process, we'll provide additional updates soon. 

*** We are doing our best to pack International Orders in fewer shipments to help you receive your package efficiently and without additional cost. Any questions, don't hesitate to reach out. These are still slated to ship on time.

Thanks for responding promptly to the surveys (all but you 26 slackers - J/K) 

Happy to say EVERYTHING is either in stock or ordered and we're on track to fulfill all rewards by the end of March *even the few Rewards that were Estimated for April shipping. Hooray! 

FYI - re: shirts: T-shirts will be professionally screen printed by Tiny Fish Printing. Tiny Fish will also be folding, tagging, bagging, and shipping the shirts. Meaning the shirts will start being shipped in the next two weeks or so and WILL come separately from the rest of your Rewards (and in many cases sooner than the other Rewards). *This was the most efficient way to get you all your shirts ASAP. 

We do have to cut off the surveys this Saturday so we can lock the orders in and start to process them. Meaning that we need the last 26 backers to respond by tomorrow. *And don't worry - if you missed this deadline, email [email protected] and you'll still get your Rewards. However, we're aiming to fulfill everyones Rewards quickly and don't want to hold everyone up waiting on the last few surveys.
